Korean literature can be quite enthralling. That’s why one of the characters in this lesson loves Korean books. But it’s not the novel, mystery, suspense type of book, it’s the speech bubble, illustrations type of book. Yes that’s right, we’re talking about Korean comic books! And it’s a great way to study Korean!
In this lesson, we’ll be going over some essential verbs and phrases used in everyday conversational Korean. We’ll also be discussing grammar and usage for these Korean vocabulary words and phrases. 아니요, 만화책 안 좋아해요. I find them very confusing actually, words and pictures all jumbled together 
An observation about how 만화 is actually pronounced. I’ve noticed that many times, if there is a ㅎin the middle, it is not pronounced. Like 만화 is pronounced 만와 or even 만아, and 전화 becomes 전아. Does this happen because it’s easier to say the latter?

Doraemon/ドラえもん/多拉A梦 was the first “book” I ever read in Chinese, Japanese, and I plan to start reading the Korean translation as soon as I can find it! Maybe on my first trip to seoul to visit the kclass team.

I read Dragon Ball manga and saw the Dragon Ball Z, Dragon Ball GT anime! 
I also read Pokemon, Ranma 1/2, and Sailor Moon Manga and saw the anime too.

The letter ‘ㅎ’ is often not pronounced when it follows ‘ㅁ’ ‘ㄴ’ or ‘ㄹ’, but ㅎ makes the previous consonant sound ‘aspired’ when it follows ㄱ, ㅂ, ㅈ, or ㄷ
So when ㅁ, ㄴ, or ㄹ is followed by ㅎ, you can choose either to say ‘전화’ or ‘저놔’ (or even 저나), but I recommend saying 전화 because it’s generally clearer to understand ^^.
