You’re in Korea, and on the date you’ve been waiting for. You’re nervous, your hands are sweaty, and you don’t know what to say. The perfect way to break the ice? Well, the Korean way is… to compliment the hands of course! Well, maybe that’s not what every Korean person chooses to do, but that’s what 민수 (minsu) has chose to do in today’s lesson.

As he’ll be complimenting someone in Korean, he’ll be using the possessive pronouns. Possessive pronouns in Korean contain some cultural and social implications, which are unique to Korean culture and Korean society. These are obvious if you take a deeper look into the Korean language. So to help you do that, we’ll be studying Korean and Korean culture with you! Remember to study Korean with KoreanClass101.com and while you’re at it, stop by and leave us a post!
