Oh, nice observation !!
Actually, the driver’s seat for most cars in Korea is located on the left side :-) but it is easily permitted to import or bring a car that has the driver’s seat on the right side too. So in Korea, if you see a car that has the driver’s seat on the right side, the car has been privately shipped to Korea or imported without converting the position of the seats :-)
