I really liked this new version of the dialogue. It’s a bit longer than the pilot version, which I think is a good thing! I was comfortable with the amount of English. It would be hard to understand the meta-language converstaion in Korean, but I think you had an apporpiate amount of Korean dialog to keep advanced users on their toes. The really nice thing is that this lesson is still somewhat accessible to beginner learners too.

Really…both of these phrases are used in nearly every conversation I’ve ever heard. Learning to use these well will REALLY improve the sound of your Korean.

For those interested in 漢字, here are some of those in the dialogue:
気分／气分: mood
重要：important
钥匙:／鑰匙 key
The last one is just a guess, the Chinese just sounds so similar I doubt it could be anything else!
Are there any I missed? Or some I’ve done that are incorrect?

Wow what fun…..I am gonna take a moment and thank you guys just for doing K-Class, you may not know but it is extremely difficult to learn Korean in a small town like Peoria, Illinois. There are no university classes for Korean anywhere near here. I just hope that K-Class has a very long life.
I really enjoyed this lesson, I am going to review this one alot, I have been reviewing all the newbie, beginner, and pilots, and I pick up things I missed the first time around.
Anyway you guys are awesome!

there’s also 사진(寫眞) and 명함(名銜)
사진 and 명함 are more similar to the Japanese words 写真 and 名刺.
And 열쇠 sounds similar to 钥匙, but actually it’s not a sino-Korean word as far as I know. 열쇠 is a combination word of 열다(open) and 쇠(steel) meaning a piece of steel to open (doors).

You know, ㅎ and ㄱ together becomes a “ㅋ”, and it doesn’t matter whether it’s ㅎ+ㄱ or ㄱ+ㅎ,
so in conclusion, 어떻게 and 어떡해 sound exactly the same. But you can easily figure out which is which from the context.
And 어떡해 is a combination of 어떻게 해.

Well at first I thought it was alright, I mean I understood more than half of it, but I didn’t really catch what you and Seol were talking about in Hangul. Some reason I find the beginner series pretty simple so the jump to this would’nt be too bad I just need to get the mechanics down I suppose.

hey that was fun Even though we heard something similar in the pilot lesson, it was fun to listen to it again, with a little different grammar points and stuff.
But I think I agree with Austin, there were quite a lot of grammar points… So I kinda got a little lost after a bit

한국어 많이 쓰니깐 영어실수를 덜하니깐요
